"Dismal, low grade experience."

Centrally located. Clean.

Dismal grubby entrance to the hotel was at the side of the building. Rough sleepers in doorway, which felt quite intimidating. Room service non existent, only fresh towels left, bed not made up. Toilet seat broken. No internal connection between the rooms and the restaurant and bar - you have to go outside and back in through a different entrance. Altogether a pretty low grade experience.
