Odada var olduğu belirtilen saç kurutma makinesi yoktu. Hijyen yetersizdi. Yatak rahatsızdı ve yatak başı oynadığı için yan odaya ses gitmesin diye yatak başına havlu sıkıştırmak zorunda kaldım. Banyo çok soğuktu bir ısıtıcı vardı banyoda ama o da ışığı yakmazsanız çalışmıyordu, ışık yandığında havalandırma da çalıştığı için hem gürültü hem de ısı kaybı oluyordu. Odalar arası ses izolasyonu berbattı.

I really enjoyed my stay: the staff were excellent and the room fully met my expectations. A nice touch was the complimentary bottle of water at check-in — a small detail, but very pleasant!

The only downside was that there was no hairdryer in my room, and in the morning I had to wait about 40 minutes until the staff arrived. I’m not sure why that happened, so I’d recommend checking in advance whether your room has a hairdryer. Overall, everything was great!

Extremely nice staff, very clean, very silent, everything working perfectly (hot water, shower, fresh towels, etc.)

Small amenities that do not cost much would be nice to have: A hair dryer, a water boiler, a few cups and water glasses, spoons, a few tea bags, sugar, etc. nothing that costs much, but makes a big difference.
