My stay was unfortunately below expectations. The room was with both the walls and floor fully tiled, it felt cold and uncomfortable rather than cozy. The humidity inside the room was noticeably high, and despite the low temperature indoors, the heaters were not working, not even in the bathroom. Even though the weather outside was pleasant, the room itself remained quite cold throughout the stay. The room was located on the ground floor next to a small courtyard area. Although the hotel clearly states that smoking is prohibited, there were most likely guests smoking in that courtyard, and the cigarette smell regularly entered the room. Because of the room’s very limited size and ventilation, the smell became difficult to tolerate, and at times I had to leave the room for several hours until the air improved. I appreciate the effort of the staff, but the overall comfort and room conditions did not meet the standard I was expecting.

Standort bettwäsche war sehr sauber frisch überzogen

Staubig waren aussenflächen vom Bettkopf oder regal Spinnweben am fenster, alles so ranzig es riechte nach alt. Ich hab mich geekelt. Ich bin aber sehr pingelig Das Dachzimmer war im 4 Stock hab mir mit 1.70 3 mal den Kopf angehauen. Ich war kurz vorm ausflippen
