Property Notes

The hotel is a popular wedding and event venue, particularly at weekends, and due to the nature of these events hotel guests may experience some additional noise. For group bookings of 5 or more rooms the following policies apply: The guest will be charged a 20% nonrefundable deposit and full payment will be required 7 days prior to the arrival. The guest will receive an 80% refund if they cancel by 14:00 the day before their arrival. Please note that meals on the 31 st of December will only be available in the Main Bar until 17:45. The Hotel Restaurant will be closed for a Gala Dinner on this date. Please note that the bar and restaurant will close at 23:00 until further notice. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great location and good hotel for walking"

Good room in coach house. Car parking outside room and could leave car in the car park all day whilst we climbed Snowdon. good meal in restaurant

short walk to main Hotel facilities. Lack of guidance on where to sit at breakfast as tables were reserved for coach parties and we were moved to different tables twice.

The location to mount snowden the very helpful and efficient staff

I was in a double room that had 2 twin beds pushed together and there wasn't anything covering the tops of the mattress except a sheet so everytime i rolled over in night i could feel the join Should of told the staff but didnt mention it so hotel didnt have a chance to rectify it
