Hydro Hotel

This hotel was value for money with regard to its location, cleanliness and staff. However it fell down on service purely because the bar closed between 2pm and 4.30pm so clients could not get refreshments between these hours even if they stayed in the lounges.

Please read above this was the only real negative. Perhaps a better choice of continental breakfast would also be a good thing for summer months.

Rooms and areas tired, need updating. Carparknview wasn't great.

Stayed one night for an event elsewhere. The room was excellent with usb sockets and a lovely shower.Staff were nice and efficient.

Large room with sea view. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. I recommend paying extra for an early check-in, this gave us the afternoon free to start enjoying Llandudno.

Comfortable beds

We arrived at 3.15 not realising we couldn’t book in until 4pm - we said we’d wait in the bar area with a drink but was told the bar didn’t open till 4-30!

The room and bed were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was really good. All of the staff were very courteous and friendly. The entire hotel was very clean. The hotel is situated in a fabulous position, right on the promenade, over looking the sea.

We felt that the entertainment was not very good.

Perfect location. I went on my own so it was a small room but had everything it needed. Very comfy bed.
