Hydro Hotel

Nice stay right on the beachfront, and only about a 5-minute walk from the train station. There was a slight mix-up with my room at check-in, but the staff were quick to set it right. I appreciated the free drink they offered at the bar! Room was small but satisfactory.

My only complaint was that the mattress was quite hard. Would gladly stay again.

The stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. Everything was at a high standard and there was really nothing to complain about. A big plus was the cleanliness – both the room and the common areas were well-maintained and spotless. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional, which made us feel welcome from the very beginning. They responded quickly and attentively to all requests. Overall, everything worked perfectly together – the atmosphere, the standard, and the organization. Definitely a place worth recommending. 5*****

We had a very good room with a side sea view, we only booked in for 1 night & tried to extend our visit by another night but they couldn’t accommodate us. Would happily book there again if visiting Llandudno

The one breakfast we had was good. The staff throughout the hotel were pleasant and helpful. There were lovely views from the sun lounge of Llandudno Bay.

We booked a ground floor room due to my mobility issues. When we got to the hotel given a first floor room. It was pointed out that there was a lift. However it turned out our room 111 was then up a steep staircase. I managed it but would have been happier with a room not needing stairs at all. The TV in our room didn't work. We mentioned it to the receptionist who organised the maintenance guy to look at it the following day. It was fixed on the Tuesday. The steepness of the stairs was one of the main factors in our leaving the hotel on Tuesday evening and drove home. . We actually only stayed one night and had one breakfast at the hotel. We were told that they gave priority to the various coach parties using the hotel rather than individual bookings like mine. Finally, the shower would have been difficult for me to use as there was a quite steep step into the cubicle.

Location is amazing, the sea view was stunning. Staff were super friendly and helpful
