Room is clean, bed is large, good to have a washing machine and cooktop in room, good for long stay travellers. Staff are nice and can communicate in English. Small cafe provide good coffee n light food.

It is not rigjt at the city centre, need a bit of a walk from the main street. At night the neigbourhood is quiet n dark.

The bed was very comfortable and firm and luggage storage lockers were available free of charge.

Our ground-floor room felt dark and uninviting - more like a dungeon than a comfortable hotel room. The hotel felt very impersonal with reception only staffed between 15:00 and 21:00, which made the experience less welcoming and inconvenient. Breakfast was disappointing - limited in choice and including just one drink. You have to collect it from a kiosk outside the hotel and then either return to your room or eat in the seating area near the entrance, which was uncomfortably cold and draughty due to the door frequently being left open. Although the hotel is modern, the design is extremely minimalistic to the point of being impractical. There were no hooks or hangers, making it difficult to even hang up a towel. On the plus side, the beds were comfortably firm and luggage storage lockers were available free of charge. This was by far our most expensive hotel on our Japan trip & also the most disappointing. Don’t be misled by the photos-the hotel is essentially a large tower block and the high price does not reflect the standard or overall experience. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. If we wanted such basic and uncomfortable accommodation, a hostel would have been a better option.
