Everything was dirty. Sheets, bathroom, towels. Shower head and shower faucet were broken, bathroom tile missing, ceiling mouldy, floor dirty. When we asked for fresh sheets, we got told to wait for tomorrow. After insisting, we ended up getting "clean" sheets from a basket in the stairwell. He had to sniff the sheets to check whether they were clean.
