Entry to the Spreewelten swimming and sauna world on the day of arrival from 2 p.m. until the day of departure at 10.30 a.m. If you use the pool outside of these times on the day of arrival or departure, you as a hotel guest will receive a 20% discount on the additional entrance fee. Wur haben uns sehr gut gefühlt!!

Leider mussten wir die Erfahrung machen, das ein 16 Jähriges Teeniekind seine Badehose im Wasser ausziehen sollte. Ich hatte das Schamgefühl angesprochen, doch das interessierte die Mitarbeiterin überhaupt nicht. In der Sauna hatte mein Sohn keine Badehose an, nur ein Saunahandtuch, und das war ok.

Das überaus nette Personal im ganzem Hotel. Das Buffett super. Die Zimmer sauber. Wir hatten das pinguinzimmer.Für Familien super und mit Terasse. Der Bademantelgang von Hotel zum Spassbad super. Die Pinguinfütterung für groß und klein ein Erlebnis. Es gibt nichts was wir als schlecht bewerten könnten.

Ohne Beanstandung 10 von 10 Punkten ich würde 15 vergeben
