Ruhige Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung.

Leider Kein Frühstücksbuffet, man muss jede Scheibe Käse, Wurst, jedes Brötchen usw einzeln bestellen.

Tolle moderne Einrichtung, neuwertig. Sehr sauber. Betten bequem, nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Personal sehr freundlich. Lage im Gewerbegebiet, gute Anbindung an Autobahn und Lüneburg.

Die kostenlosen Parkplätze. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Einchecken war reibungslos und zügig.

Wir betraten das Zimmer spät am Abend und dachten, wir kämen in eine Sauna (es war sehr heiß an dem Tag). Leider waren die Fenster nur kippbar. Die Terrassentür konnte man nicht offen lassen, da der Außenbereich auch vom Hotelflur aus zugänglich war. Bis Mitternacht gab es immer wieder rauchende Gäste auf der Terrasse, deren Rauch ins Zimmer zog. Für eine Alleinreisende mit Kind suboptimal, da sich das Kind so nicht sicher fühlte. Schade. Hier sollte man sich eine bessere Lösung für solche heißen Tage einfallen lassen. Beim Auschecken wirkte die Mitarbeiterin sehr gestresst und man wurde „abgefertigt“. Leider war keine Zeit für die oben genannten Anmerkungen.

Die Lage für Autoreisende ist wegen der Innenstadtnähe und des kostenfreien Parkplatzes wirklich gut. Am Wochenende ist es trotz der Lage im Gewerbegebiet sehr ruhig. Das Bad ist gut beleuchtet und bietet ausreichend Ablageflächen. Das gilt auch für den Kleiderschrank. Toll war in unserem Zimmer (Nr. 4) die Dachterrasse.

Das Leselicht am Bett ist mehr dekorativ als hilfreich und eine Ablage für Schlüssel und anderen Kleinkram wäre auch bei nur einem Tag Aufenthalt hilfreich.

This hotel is quite new and located on an industry park. Nearby but not next to the highway and still quite a distance from the centre of Luneburg. They also have the possibility to stall bicycles net to the many parking lots. Staff was welcoming and helpful. There is a small glass table with water and glasses. There is a small fridge with some drinks but no information whether these are offered for free. The bathroom was perfect and complete. Cleaning could have been better as we saw cobwebs in some places. In the end this was not an impressive hotel, though it has potential.

Staff made the mistake to close most of the curtains in the room to keep out the sun on a summer day but left open many windows. It was warm in the room and only in the evening we discovered that the windows were open (hidden behind the big black curtains). No wind, but heat coming in. For a new hotel it is strange that there is no aircon or ventilation in the room, but they offered us a fan. Still, we didn’t sleep very well. Even though the bed was good and the room quiet (when you close the windows). The room is modern and straight. The bedside tables are however too small for the bed lamp, your mobile and your glasses. No information on the hotel at all in the room and not much given at the reception during check-in. There is only an ottoman in the room, nothing else apart from three small tables and a closet. The chairs on the balcony are in fact also for the other guests as they can access the balcony through the corridor. So no possibility to sit inside the room
