Es gab einen wunderschönen Ausblick, direkt auf den Gardasee. Auf dem Dach steht ein jacuzzi von dem man ebenfalls einen wunderschönen Ausblick hat. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt.

Die Hotelbesitzerin wirkte etwas forsch.

The hotel is located on a hill about a 10-minute walk from the center of Malcesine. It's quiet and secluded yet still close to the center, which suited us well. The breakfast served was good and there was something for everyone. There is a nice pool which we used. The staff were very friendly and spoke German and English as well as Italian. They always greeted us with a smile. The rooms and common areas were perfectly clean at all times.

The restaurant could have had longer opening hours.

We stayed in Villa Smeralda for five nights and absolutely loved it! The room was clean and we had a beautiful lake view. The breakfast was excellent and fresh every day! Staff members warmly welcomed us and gave us a lot of good tips on what to do in Malcesine. The rooftop terrace and the pool area were also wonderful! Location was reachable by walking from the port, the bus station and the old town. The lake and the beach is also easy to reach by walking.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel, mit sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal, mit einem Frühstück das keine Wünsche offen lässt, und der Blick auf den See vom Speiseraum ist einfach Traumhaft. Die Hotelbar ist nur zu empfehlen ! haben dort einen der besten Aperol Spritz getrunken den man am See bekommen kann !

We really enjoyed the room, the view, the breakfast with the lovely view and the friendly people who worked there.

It was a little walk from the Centre, but no problem to walk in.
