Poor value for money No restaurant is a minus

No breakfast, so not applicable.

The staff were not knowledgeable. The phone was not working. The TV was working on and off, The staff could not help us with our problems as the required person to help was not available. When we returned to the room at night, we had an problem with the lift and finding our room. The hot water was not available and we had to call the staff to get it started which has not happened with any of our stays before in other places. The cost of the room was too high when compared to the services provided,

the rooms were comfortable

cleanliness in the basement was very poor,as cars are parked there,there was a very pungent smell of a dead rat ,that was not attended to by the cleaning staff. old wooden panels were left there,leaving limited space for parking the vehicles I don't know if this was the responsibility of the Maya restaurant manager or Bar thus spoiled the stay.
