Nothing to dislike.

Very nicely presented and excellent location. The riad looks just like the pictures. Breakfast was good, however we did miss it 3 days due to excursions being booked and breakfast starts at 830. Staff also lovely and very helpful. Only one negative for me personally was the AC. I felt it was too hot in the room and the AC was not cool enough. So I had very little and poor sleep for the time I was there. However this is my personal experience as I like to sleep in a cold room or as I call it an ice box. I would definitely recommend this Riad.

Riad in posizione comodissima, interni molto belli come da foto. Personale molto gentile, disponibile e a disposizione per ogni domanda e/o necessità Colazione ottima così come i vari thè alla menta.

Rachid, the host, is very kind and present. He makes you feel at home in this tiny, well-located riad.

The staff were very friendly and made delicious breakfast. The courtyard was traditional and very beautiful. Enjoyed going to the rooftop first thing in the morning to meet the tortoise and enjoy the breeze. The rooms were fully air-conditioned. We walked to most of our destinations from the riad following Google maps (very easy to navigate). Excursion meeting points were within 5 mins walk. Will come back in the near future for another trip to Marrakech. Would definitely recommend this riad.

La buena disposición del personal y los desayunos. También la cercanía a todos los puntos de interés.

Reservamos dos habitaciones para cinco noches. Es todo mucho más pequeño de lo que aparece en las fotos y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones es manifiestamente mejorable. En una habitación no había caja fuerte y en la otra la que había no estaba anclada a la pared. Los grifos perdían agua por todas partes. Una de las habitaciones tenía estropeado el aire acondicionado (era agosto), pero la cambiaron por otra hasta que fue reparado. Al hotel en general le hace falta mantenimiento aunque el personal suple todo ello con buena voluntad y disposición. Por supuesto, ni hay piscina ni nada que se le parezca.
