"満足です。"

良い睡眠がとれるベッドだった。ロケーションもよい。メロンクリームソーダよかった。朝食にも満足している。 子連れのホテル宿泊に適している。

洗面台の位置が人間工学的に使いにくい。一人ならばいいのか？ 情報不足でomo7のつもりでいたので、イメージが違った。

"スタッフが親切"

スタッフの対応がよく、館内の使い方もしっかり説明してもらえて助かりました。また、部屋も広く快適でした ホテルオリジナルのお土産がかわいく、購入できたのですが 数が足りなかったということで、ほしい数量が揃わなかったことは残念でした。

各フロアーのエレベーターや階段の案内がはっきりかかれてると迷わず済むと思います。

駅ビル内で利便がとても良かった ベッドは清潔で寝心地も良く、バスルームもきれいに保たれていて快適に過ごす事ができました ライド旅行だったので自転車パークのようで楽しめました

サービスについては必要以上の説明は無く、こちらの要望や質問に応える形だったので少しの提案があると調べてない宿泊者の方々にも一定の満足感があるのかと思います 人それぞれなので一概にはですね🤔
