La chambre familiale 4 personnes avec la mezzanine est bien agencé. Le personnel est agréable.

L'emplacement près de quartier non rassurant. La clim qui fait du bruit comme un compresseur la nuit.

Quelques petits dysfonctionnements de climatisation et le pdj qui commence à être débarrassé dès 9h15 alors qu'il est possible jusqu'à 10h00

Large rooms, activities, parking lot, security, silence in general.

The fact that rooms did not have mini refrigerators was a problem, especially for us with a little kid. We were asked to pay a deposit when we checked in on 26.05.2026. We thought that it was going to be OK. However: We have been asked to pay at the bar on 27.05.2026. We knew we had to pay so that was OK. But the deposit did not make any sense. We also could not go out for dinner on 29.05.2026 and went downstairs to dine at hotel’s restaurant. We knew we had to pay so that was OK. The person on duty insisted on us to pay right away in an insistent way. We even had to pay for our son who was only 4 years old. It is not professional for a hotel to ask for a deposit and then ask for money at the bar and the restaurant. A ‘room tab’ is easy to arrange. Also, the hotel signs indicated that there is a club for infants but there was not one! The sign was misleading.

La piscine assez grande et calme pour nager, le Spa, la gentillesse du personnel, la calme de la résidence.

Malgré la navette qui mène a Longchamps, un peu loin du vieux port. Il pourrait y avoir plus de choix au petit déjeuner pour le salé, les plats chauds, les fruits frais (melon, Ananas, pastèque par exemple)...

L’emplacement et les photos qui ne sont pas à l’image du site. Trompeur et il ne s’agit pas d’un restaurant mais d’un buffet
