Land's End Villa

This is an amazing property with the unique sea view that’s unbeatable. This is our second time. We loved the property, Clean huge rooms, beautiful pool for a sunset. Caretakers are very kind and one of the places I had amazing homemade food. Please do visit and you can’t find a happier peaceful place than this. :) I’ll visit again anytime.

Breathtaking views. Nice garden to one side and a beautiful sea view of the sunset on the other side. The view whilst eating breakfast is amazing and very calm and relaxing. All staff are super friendly and the manager Thillina is a great chef and cooks the best meals in all of Unawantuna. Recommend booking the sea view rooms for a greater experience.

Staff was very friendly, food great. Location is great, especially the sea view. Pool very good, clean and cozy.

Rooms too small, no furniture besides the bed. Shower is outside, a bit strange for us and it almost fluded when it rained outside.

The manager Thillina and staff were excellent. Very kind and friendly. Super accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. Thillina was impressive - handling everything from taking our bags, checking us in, to cooking and making sure the amenities were working. Any problem was fixed immediately and he was very understanding. Excellent breakfast and Thillina is a great chef. He and his team cooked us a feast. Best fish and best prawns we had in all of Unawatuna. Rooms were large and clean, the views were amazing. We also loved the quiet after being in the hustle and bustle of the main drag in Unawatuna.

The villa is a bit dated and the owners should invest in sprucing up the place to take advantage of the great bones of the place, as well as the location and views. We also suggest that the villa should get a card machine to make the check in easier for guests and the staff. Otherwise suggest an automated message be sent to inform the guests as soon as they book the villa that it's cash only payment.

the property location at the end of unawatuna strip is great and close to beaches ..5 mins walk and is a large space friendly staff and adequate breakfast provided

it’s like everywhere we have stayed on our trip to sri lanka .,,tired ,old and in need of some tlc (lick of paint and new furnishings ) unfortunately the pictures do not match reality so be prepared

I loved how it is right at the end of the rocky slips. Views are to die for. You’ll never get tired of this place.

It was a basic place but staff made all the effort. I wish there was tea and coffee facilities in the room
