Noisier than expected really.

Parking. Nearly got ticket while I was given a map for car park! Room + bed not made properly. Lack of communication. No Cooked breakfast although advertised.

everything was great. the staff is very helpful. the room was perfect

Location

The unacceptable take away breakfast which we could not eat that we are demanding a refund for. When we booked with yourselves it said breakfast included which we expected full English. After we had booked we got a email from the Sun Inn stating only continental breakfast during the week available. When we came down for breakfast we was approached by the cleaner who told us only takeaway breakfast was available. We was then given a screw up brown paper carrier bag with 2 slices of stale bread, 2 stale croissants, a tiny bit of cheese, 1 slice squashed tomato and some kind of dried up meat. 1 juice, 1 instant oats, 1 yogurt, a pat of butter. No cutlery and we needed boilingbwater for the oats, which obviously we didnt have.Totally unacceptable. We was charged £20 for this. We gave the cleaner the bag back and told her we could not eat the food and wanted a refund. We ended up having to get some breakfast from a local cafe which cost us another £21. We rang the Sun Inn and spoke to a young man of which we explained everything and he said he would pass details on to manager and that they would ring us back. We are still waiting and fuming. Sockets were not accessible decor was poor room was cold plumbing was not good shower was not very good or clean ( hair in shower ) bed was uncomfortable window was very draughty walls were showing mould
