Hotel Welcome Matsumoto

Upon arrival, a staff with a geniune smile have been in the reception. the check in was so smooth and the hotel is near the places I planned to visit. although it took me 1 hour to locate the hotel (my map awareness are bad). The accommodation are exactly what I need for my vacation. There might been a couple of lacking things in the room but if you ask the staff nicely, they will be willing to help. I had a great stay and every morningI get to see the staff with a cute smile greeting me. Thank you to the neesan for those morning greets that made my stay more enjoyable. I'll be back again and book this hotel again and again.

あまり期待してなかったが設備等良かった。 モーニングコーヒーは良かった。

ビジネスホテルにロケーションはあまり必要 ないと思うが、最近の物価高もあり家族で利用 する事が増えて来ると思うので今後に生かして 欲しい。

Location, helpful staff

電気ポットなど２，３の電気が一度に使えなかった。コンセントがベッドになく携帯の充電に苦労した。
