The room was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful

The room was tiny for 2 people and the hotel lacked facilities. Not worth it for the price we paid.

"Basic room ideal for a night’s stay"

- Great location. Opposite Matsumoto station and right in street filled with restaurants, izakayas and english pubs. - Hotel staff was courtesy & approachable. - All amenities were available in reception area including hair blower & toiletries.

- Tiny room stuffed with electrical gadgets (portable cooler, radio, massager, air purifier, etc) leaves no space for us to open our 2 bags. - Old property with no power outlets next to bed. - Room is smaller than average hotel rooms in Japan. - Washroom is in elevated position and has a safety hazard. If not very careful, you can trip & get injured.
