The place has a wonderful atmosphere - an old wooden building, but with all that is needed, a clean bathroom well integrated into the rather large room. Also literally good atmosphere with good air (in contrast to large hotels where the carpets and furniture smell). It was beautifully quiet - I can't assess if the restaurant is noisy when it is open. A very friendly, warm-hearted host.

Due to the autumn season the restaurant was closed. And yet the host offered to make some dish for me personally, really kind! The table is on a common balkony, perfect for good weather, but when other guests smoke, you can't retreat into your room but need to ask the other guests for a solution.

Nice place, with a little inn-like feeling. The rooms are decently big, but they are pretty hard to access (steep stairs). The whole feeling is a bit rustic, although could be less dusty. The breakfast omlette was tasty and very large.

Would have licked the rooms to feel more clean Pretty hard to carry your luggage to the 2nd (or 3rd if you're from US) floor The breakfast consisted in one big omlelette. Although it was good, we would have appreciated some vegetables with it (tomatoes and/ or cucumbers). Like most of Bulgaria, english speaking stuff is hard to find

Beautiful building and yard. It was nice that we could park our motorcycles inside the yard. Breakfast was welcomed. Hot water, warm room. 2 minute walk from the center.

Bathroom was really small.

A simple but nice tiny hotel close to the center and the train station. The place has traditionally furnished rooms, a small restaurant and a beautiful courtyard. Comfortable bed, good breakfast.

I liked the bedroom the room and the authentic furniture and the fact is very old house. There is very nice meals in the evening with traditional Bulgarian music and very peaceful.!

I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT THE OLD HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN AND YOUNG CHILDREN UNDER 8 years old. Stairs are extremely dangerous as they have never been replaced . It’s part of the old house style , which is fine . They are exactly like that from years ago.! God forbidden if an adult is drunk.! Health and safety is poor! I didn’t liked the pillows ! So mellow and soft can’t sleep. There was no extra toilet paper.! The waitress was working alone and therefore not enough assistance ! ALSO OUR PASSPORTS WERE NOT REGISTERED.! That is really poor execution and management should not avoid this.! Overall 3 star rating . My husband didn’t enjoy the breakfast.!

The location

It was presented as a family room, but the attick that is converted to the family room was full of obstacles. The ceiling was very low, and a normal height person couldn't walk straight without bumping into it. Rather, painful 😒 experience. Our child, 6 years old, bumped her head several times. The bathroom was difficult to use as the ceiling was extremely low and couldn't avoid occasional bumps on the head. The room was for a couple rather than a family room. The bathroom was missing a ventilation, and it was very inconvenient to use.
