Hotel Playa María

Total bunch of lies ,nothing like the pictures ,the stuff was rude try to change room because that room that I book had a balcony and the give us a dirty room not even the floors were mop and no ocean view

The hole building was a mess no locks in the bathroom or bedroom ,the floors on the pool were crack no maintenance at all

The room was flooding

The Place was brand New, very nice decoration, has air conditioner,

They lied to me, the promotion offered sea view but when I arrived they said it wasn't included and should be at the back of the building, the place has no internet service and you cannot use the tv because got freezed even with local channels, the shower flooded the room because the water goes under the shower door and went directly to the room, also the air conditioner droped water too, the place has no towels, how I supposed to take a shower with no towels? Well it was the worst Place where I been in my whole live

Staff was great

Got put in a basement room which was loud due to the acoustics.

Poor supply like toilet paper towels Beds squeak too much
