Hotel Perla Mazatlan

Good location. There's a grocery store around the corner. It's a few blocks away from the main market and a few minute's walk to the malecon.

Great deal! The location is AMAZING! Walking distance to restaurants, markets, and sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a communal kitchen that you can use to cook meals, and store food. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Mazatlán.

Our room was at ground floor, probably ex garage, so ti mean very humid, and of course without air flow there was mud on wall and horrible smell. Remind me a typical Indian hostel room but with European price

Not clean. No tv. Small.

There was a lovely roof top to socialize. The hotel was also filled with locals, which you dot tend to see so much in a touristy place like Maztalan. It was great. There is even a kitchen for cooking which really added to the value as food within the area can be quite pricey. The room had aircon and a hot water shower!

During our time there, there was a bit of construction that was incredibly loud. Also the paint smell was the entire reason why we moved out. Without the construction and smell, we would have have happily stayed a couple of weeks! Awesome staff, location and can't beat the value!

It was clean and spacious.

Even though it was clean and spacious it was so hot that we had to stay in the bedroom only and even though it had a little air conditioner in the bedroom even on high it took forever to cool down the room. Then on top of that once it started raining the ceiling in the bedroom started leaking down the wall on to our belongings. Suffice to say extremely unhappy.

Great location, only a few blocks from the historical centre. Very basic budget accommodation but clean, and the bed was comfortable. My room was a bit cell-like with no natural light coming in but the artificial lighting was decent. Plenty of natural light at the rooftop kitchen/eating area. There was hot water for the shower. It was quiet at night while I was there. The one staff member I met when I first signed in was very pleasant.

After signing in, any further communication has to be made via WhatsApp or the phone.
