Relaxed lounge area, free coffee and tea all day, very helpful staff

The staff are really friendly. There is great breakfast. The ambience in the hotel is lovely, even though it was very quiet when I stayed there. Absolutely recommend staying here

Emplacement exceptionnel dans le poblado. Le personnel aux petits soins. Le fait de pouvoir faire le Check out jusqu’à 15h. Le petit déjeuner fabuleux. Lit confortable.

Peut être un peu plus d’isolation pour les chambres ! Mais à part ça tout était très bien

The Refugio del Jaguar is a wonderful place to stay. It has been created with an eye to detail, both the public areas and the rooms. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and breakfast is a treat! I have no hesitation in recommending the Refugio, you will love it!

Heel speciale, leuke locatie met heel vriendelijk personeel die steeds klaar staan met tips. Zeer proper en netjes. Goede locatie dicht bij lekkere restaurants. (Te voet bereikbaar)Ook de metro is dicht bij. Er zijn geen ramen in de kamers, maar dit heeft ons niet gestoord. Binnen is er een patio waar je kan zitten, liggen, rusten. Er staat steeds koffie en thee en water dat je mag nemen. Lekker ontbijt. Wij gingen een nachtje naar Guatapé en mochten onze bagage daar laten.

Het is erg warm op de kamer. Er is een ventilator, maar deze maakt heel veel lawaai zodat je hem s'nachts niet kan opzetten.
