Das Hotel ist mega gemütlich und mit sehr viel liebe gestaltet. Der Personal ist extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Wunderschöner Aufenthalt und sehr familiäres Feeling!

Nichts. Wir fanden es großartig. Wenn man allerdings einen sehr ruhigen Aufenthalt sucht. Sollte man sich besser für eine andere Umgebung entscheiden. Die Gegend ist sehr belebt und entsprechend auch nachts mal lauter. Uns war das schon vor der Buchung bewusst und hat uns auch nicht gestört.

Absolument tout, la décoration intérieure, l’amabilité du personnel, l’emplacement, le petit déjeuner etc.

Rien ! J’ai lu dans des commentaires qu’il y avait des incommodités dues à une discothèque. Le bruit baisse relativement tôt et est pleinement atténué le reste de la nuit.

Staff were really friendly and very helpful and kind. I only had one night here and slept really well!

Il Refugio del Jaguaro es un hotel simplemente hermoso, con un estilo único y muy cuidado, lleno de detalles que lo hacen especial desde el primer momento. Pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el staff: increíblemente amable, cercano y siempre disponible. Te hacen sentir protegida, bienvenida y completamente a gusto, como en casa. Además, nos dieron un detalle de bienvenida realmente muy apreciado, un gesto que demuestra la atención y el cariño con el que tratan a sus huéspedes.

Lovely place and people. We didn't find it too noisy at all and we were there on a weekend.

It was a very pleasant stay. It is so rare to get such a level of hospitality as we did get in Refugio del Jaguar. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. They gave us many recommendations and lent us metro card for the duration of our stay. The common area is very charming and cozy! When we had to check out early morning we also got a take away breakfast. The only challenge might be that there are no windows but they let you know upfront and for a 2-3 nights stay it shouldn't be an issue for you.
