I stayed at this hotel from December 5th to December 9th, 2025, and I can say with certainty that this place should be avoided by any tourist. First of all, I found a bedbug on the pillow. As for cleanliness, it is far below expectations—there were hairs everywhere, clearly not mine, including on the bedsheets. And if that’s not enough, I stayed alone in a double room, and if I wanted to bring someone to the room—which, as I said, was a double—I had to pay an additional fee of approximately 30 US dollars. The reason I book a double room and stay alone is precisely because I want to be able to bring someone. Isn’t that logical? If anyone is reading this review, I strongly urge you to reconsider any intention of staying at this location.

Era muy conveniente, súper céntrico dentro de El Poblado. El personal fue super atento y amable, el desayuno era completo y las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y cómodas.

A veces el ruido de la calle puede ser un tema.

Las personal de. Limpieza y la repcion

El baño muy pequeño, la luz del pasillo te entra toda para la habitación y prende y apagan no dejaron dormir bien a uno. El desayuno todo los dias lo mismo y la porción muy pequeña.

Es war in Ordnung sauber und gute Lage.

Uns hat niemand aufgeklärt das wir für das Frühstück einen „Chip“ benötigen und mussten somit für unser Frühstück zahlen, obwohl wir mit Frühstück gebucht haben. Nachdem wir die Empfangsdame konfrontiert haben, hat sie uns zugesichert, das wir einen Teil zurückerstattet bekommen. Im Nachhinein haben wir per WhatsApp eine Nachricht bekommen, das wir nichts bekommen, das Frühstück eine nette Aufmerksamkeit ist und nicht im Preis inkl. ist. Somit haben wir praktisch doppelt zahlen müssen! Aufklärung gleich Null und ein Entgegenkommen von Manager auch nicht vorhanden! Außerdem war der Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft und es hat niemanden interessiert. Ein muffiger und schimmeliger Geruch war im Zimmer.
