"Pleasant"

I like how friendly the staff was and the room was also clean.

The fan on our room was sooo noisy and it was hot, not much of ventillation. The location was close to Terminal del Norte, however, do not walk around at night it was a bit of a sketchy. Though nothing happened to us but be careful.

"Excelente servicio, una sola observación"

El hotel es exageradamente higiénico, igualmente los empleados prestan un excelente servicio y la administración se preocupó por atender dudas e inquietudes. Lastimosamente el lunar grande es que escogí el hotel en buena medida porque ofrece servicio de paraueadero, sin embargo la sorpresa fue que no tiene servicio de parqueadero y los autos se deben ubicar en la calle, lo cual resultó muy molesto para mi estadía
