A family-run business with a welcoming family feel. Very efficiently run. Attentive, helpful and pleasant staff. Close to ubahn stations for access to town, Messe Düsseldorf about a €25 uber ride away. Breakfast was excellent. Standards are very high all round here and the staff works extremely hard for the guests.

I personally would normally require air-conditioned rooms but my partner was fine without it. I managed OK but it was quite uncomfortable at times in the heat and humidity of late August. It didn't detract from my overall positive experience!

Nothing, except no kettle in room.

The personal was very kind and helpful although there was a language barrier and the room was nice and clean for its price unbeatable.

Travelled with family so we got an apartment for the 4 of us which was very nice and roomie. Rooms were very clean. Although they have a restaurant downstairs you can only eat within open hours... which is after 5pm when the buffet opens. Continental Breakfast is by booking previously (hotel guests only).
