The food was good, served with respect and love

The carpet is not clean

Everything was clean and comfortable, and the views are beautiful. The grounds are well kept. Facilities were great, the staff were exceptional, the food was divine (fantastic spread), and overall great value for money.

A little outdated - but still very comfortable. Slight room for improvement in the kids entertainment program.

Carpets in communal areas were looking tatty and threadbare. Bathroom is looking tired.

There was no need to leave the resort. Food, activities and entertainment were all available at the resort

When staying in the presidential suites (4th floor), other people have access to your balcony. Late at night they were outside (drunk), made a lot of noise whilst we tried to sleep. We also woke up early the next morning to watch the sunrise from our balcony and have a coffee while doing so, this could not be achieved as those individuals mentioned above stole our chairs
