Se fue la luz en la colonia donde vivia y entonces hice reservacion en ese hotel y llame al hotel sobre hacer el check in y la persona me comento que podia llegar en la mañana a las 7 am para poder hacer el check in y ingresar en la habitacion. Llegue exactamente a las 7 am y la persona encargada no me dejo hacer el check in y no me permitio ingresar a mi habitacion que habia reservado, me dijo que regresara a las 12 pm pero para eso entonces ya tendria que hacer el check out! Entonces perdi la reservacion y perdi mi dinero. Jamas volvere hacer reservacion con este hotel. Pesimo servicio.
