The beds are very hard

Staff was good and helpful it was quiet place wich is nice

I asked for double bed the give me single and it was not comfortable

Breakfast was ok, free parking spot. Room was conformable enough, warm and clean (but without a garbage bin, only a very small one in the bathroom). The Gym, Pool and Squash were opened.

First, the young Lady from reception did not have a real kind attitude. During the afternoon, that improved, but as a first impression, I was disappointed. The Sauna was not functioning, and that was the main reason for which I choose that hotel, so better they mention in the description. Internet WIFI was mentioned like free, but after connection, there was none...

Nothing, don't even think about this place for a second

The worst place I ever stayed. Don't look at the pictures, they are nice but they don't show the dirtiness. It seems that Booking supports such practices and punish me instead of the hotel. I tried to get refund for the second night but booking didn't see any reason. I'm very disappointed, once because of the hotel, and second, how Booking dealt with it

Friendly staff, Children’s play area, good location. Breakfast was ok. Just would need little attention as far as filling up items and cleanliness of the tablecloths. Overall the hotel is Good value for the money
