Huge food variety for breakfast and dinner, staff are friendly and pleasant, there are many activities to be done within the hotel (sauna, Turkish bath, pool, table tennis, snooker...) but also outside (hiking, skiing). Good value for money

Nice location.

The amenities are quite a bit worn out. It feels we have been tricked regarding cost for stay. We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and a kid. Short after we got message through booking.com asking to tell the age of kidd because it is eligible for discount that booking.com does not calculate. At check-out we got charged price as given by booking.com, so without any discount. I showed message we got but it did not change a thing. I don't really understand what was the purpose of the message if they were not planned to give discount.
