Location was good

Pathetic services. No tea in room served in morning and evening. No food or soup served in room in evening. No window in room. Small room without any ventilation. Indifferent staff attitude. Bathroom water flowing in whole bathroom while bathing. Toiletries and room tea material not replaced every day. Cups not clean having egg smell. A lot of Guest noises throughout the day

Only the location of the property is good and nothing else about the property was amazing

The staff, the management and all other services at Sandoz were not upto the mark. The staff were rude. The manager in himself was very arrogant and adamant with everything.

Location is very close to Mall Road and we got to eat the best Food from Sandoz Cafe and Rooms were also very hygienic and spacious. staff was also very helpful and will surely visit the property again.
