Pool was good and the way to the beach was short (5 minutes). Staff was friendly

Bathroom looked like it wasn't cleaned for weeks. The sleeping room and bad were clean.

Amazing staff, doing everything to make you feel good and keeping you satisfied. The food in the hotel is better than the food outside. The pool is a big plus and totally worth the extra money. Beautiful place and very recommended.

Location - 2 min from Main Road, 4 min from the beach. Very clean, hot water, the staff is super friendly, and the pool is awesome! But, the real value for me was Mustafa - the manager. For my entire stay I felt like the hotel's princess. My every need was met - even before I asked it, he walked me to and from the hotel after dark to make me feel safe (solo traveler). Also, I was consulting with him regarding a taxi back to the airport, and instead of "fixing" me with his friends, he booked me a local bus directly to the airport. With his OWN money, thus saved me around 160$.

Location was 4 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the main road and restaurants. The internet was strong. The air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good but the same every day.

I have been traveling in SE Asia for 8 months and this was the most disappointing property by far. No waste basket in room. Had to ask for one. No hangers, not a single one. Luckily, I carry my own collapsible hangers. No shampoo or bd wash. Had to ask for shampoo. No TV in room as advertised, only a cable hanging from the wall. They did offer to bring one but after a 6 hour drive I declined because I didn’t want to wait for them to install. The pillows were too small for a king size bed. The bed only had a sheet covering the mattress. No top sheet except for two twin sheets folded at the foot of the bed. Not sure what good a twin sheet does on a king bed. The outside shower was located in a dirt area so if you used it prior to entering the pool you were tracking dirt/mud into the pool. I have included photos of the pool and you can decide if it appears clean to you. No pool towels were provided. The loungers were wood beds with only a pad for your head. Photos included. Things to be aware of: The mosque loudspeakers are nearby and the morning call to prayer is at 340 am. I am used to it after 5 months in Malaysia and Indonesia. The bathroom is a wet room with an electric water heater. The water is hot but the water pressure is low from that shower head. There is another shower head that does have better pressure but is not hot. There is a sign for a restaurant on the 2nd floor. Disregard because breakfast is served near the pool. The hotel does not have a generator so days when power is cut from 830 am to 530 pm, you won’t have air conditioning or fan.

First of all, the room was clean but the bathroom needs to be cleaned better. Then bedsheets weren’t ironed. In the room and in the bathroom were no bins. In a such hotel should be a fridge in the room, or bottle of water for quests - in Crocotopond there weren’t any of them
