Towels were given next day, not on the day of arrival, lot of cockroaches in the fridge. The hotel manager refused to give extra bed requested even though booking.com clearly says we are approved. Geezer control was outside and they never gave hot water even though they say they switched on.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay at the hotel. Initially, the hotel refused to provide an extra bed despite repeated requests. It was only after persistent follow-up that they finally provided one. The hot water from the geyser was not working, even though the staff claimed to have switched it on from outside—it never worked throughout our stay. There were many cockroaches inside the fridge, which was extremely unhygienic. Towels were not provided on time (They provided only in the moring evening though I have checked in night, and drinking water was only given once at check-in. Additionally, the reception staff were rude and unhelpful. They were not able to follow or verify the booking details from the Booking.com app, even though it clearly showed that the extra bed was approved. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.
