Reception had a sign for ‘no cash payment’ but then said they only except cash???

The experience is not good at all AC also making noise also not working in proper way Dirty stain bed linen hair on bed Dirty stain towels Washroom also not clean up to the mark Room smelling bad No proper exhaust in washroom Room floor also full of hair Room also not quit outside noise is coming inside the room No hanger No dental kit

The sofa in lobby area also not clean Also not maintained

I would like to appreciate Mr. Raj for his professionalism. He always listens to guest requests and responds politely, even when unable to accommodate them.

I have been a loyal guest of Urban Tree Hotel for the past three years, staying more than 7–8 times. Despite this, my repeated requests for a late checkout until 4 PM due to my 9 PM flight have been denied unless I pay full charges after 11:30 AM—showing no flexibility for regular guests. I’ve also noticed a decline in service quality during my last two visits. The rooms and bathrooms were not properly cleaned, and the towels provided were in poor condition.
