There was absolutely nothing to like about this hotel.

I believe this hotel should be shut down. They fail to provide even basic facilitie..not even a room key. The TV was broken, the bathroom tap was damaged, the curtain holder was broken, and the telephone was dead. They didn’t provide towels or any basic amenities. The lift was out of service, and the room was on the third floor. How did they even get a license to operate? It was a horrible experience, and I would rate this hotel -100. Please avoid recommending such hotels on your app

The hotel was in poor condition and did not match the descriptions or images provided on the website. The lifts were not operational, causing inconvenience. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with a clogged sink, a leaking toilet, and no door mat outside the bathroom. Water clogging in the bathroom made it highly unhygienic. Overall, the rooms were untidy and unhygienic, which significantly impacted the stay.
