"The hotel is only for Indian nationals"

The hotel was only for Indian nationals. I paid advance and got confirmation however was not allowed to stay there. They refused to refund and I was transferred to a hotel 11km away. They told me it's not their responsibility for this disservice but blamed entirely the booking.com.
