"They need to level up their hygiene game!!"

Location was quiet nothing loud was going on outside. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was good it had everything you might need.

Hygiene is poor in the room, courtains had stains. One of the towels had stains. The toilet seat was yellow i tried cleaning it with wet wipes and a part of it came off. The warderobe had dust I couldn't place my clothes in there. Carpet had stains. There was this annoying sound that was coming from the vents it didnt stop 24/7 I had to use my noise canceling headphones to fall asleep.
