Hotel Raj Mahal Inn 3 mints walking from New Delhi Railway station

Location is good. There is not noise from the street.

You should do your best to find it. In the room there is a big humidity and no window. The personal gave us just one towel but I asked them for another one. Of course it is bad cleaned like in other Indian's hotels. Bad sound isolation.

It was in a bad locality. On the streets of main bazar which was crowded n filthy.

The rooms were smelling. The toilets were clogged. The photos provided on the site doesn't match the real room. It was real bad rooms with untidy linen and stinking bathrooms.

Owner and staff extremely helpful, the beds were very comfortable. Positioned very near the main bazaar but on a less hectic side street. Well maintained tidy premises. Front dest personnel very helpful if any problems arise. The rooms are competitively priced.

The roof terrace is tidy and well maintained but a few tables and chairs would make it great place to sit in the good weather.

The room was okbut don’t buy any tour in the city or anywhere else from this hotel. The guy that works there told us 2 times lies about the tours. First, we bought the Dheli Tour and we agreed which places we will see and also agreed that we will have a guide. The places that we visited were different from what we agreed, the guide was speaking in indian language so we didn’t understand anything and also the tour was supposed to finish at 16.00 but it finished at 19.00. The second tour we bought was this to Taj Majal and Agra Fort and then he booked us trains for Jaipur. He told us that the bus first goes to Taj Majal and then to Agra Fort, so we could leave with train at 17.25. When we got to the bus, the guide told us that first we go to Agra Fort and then to Taj Majal from where we would finish at 18.00 so we would miss the train. When we asked the driver if he changed tour he said that this was always the route and of course they know it from the hotel but they tell lies in order to sell. Sorry but this is not how you do business. For sure if you choose this hotel, don’t buy any tour from them! Also its very noisy all day and night!
