The room was also not clean. More than that, the reception staff (both morning & evening) needs to be fired for their rude & indecent behaviour. Extremely mannerless.

The location of the property is on road near metro stations.

The ambience of the reception is not good. They allocated room in the backside where the mobile network was not there and wifi was not working. They shifted us thrice. The rooms have water leakage issues and the Tap in the washroom was broken. The washrooms are not clean. They failed to provide food service in room within said time. The sandwich ordered in breakfast gave the tastes very bad. The only good part was fresh n tasty tea plus the parking space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this delightful hotel, which was a safe haven in a busy area close to the Metro Line and a wide array of retail outlets, cafes, restaurants and markets. The staff was so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating; nothing was too much trouble. Being first timers to India, the Town Pallace Inn provided us with a memorable introduction and comfortable, clean stay in a vibrant and lively part of Delhi.

it would've been great to have a small refrigerator in our room.

I really loved staying here, felt to safe staying here and this hotel was in centre of Delhi

Perfect good staff

Central location, close to train station

Air conditioning was dripping, not maintained. Often not water in the toilette for some hours, or so low pressure that could not reach the 3rd floor. Questionable how clean the place was.

The breakfast was not good, it was not very accommodative. Very limited options for non veg. The location was okay, in a very busy area with lots of activity.

The lack of cleanliness was the most disappointing area for me.
