The accommodation is in a good shape and it was comfortable

At the reception, staff wanted to see my booking reference. When I told them the number (I typed it in my calculator), they said that they need to see the confirmation itself. There is no difference if you know the number. I assume that they wanted to see the PIN code to give themselves a good review. Only after I told that I would leave if they don't accept it, it magically worked. This was quite annoying, but apart from that, I was happy
