Toravaig House Hotel

We were moved to a sister hotel (Duisdale House) and upgraded to a sea view as there was a problem with the heating in the Toravaig hotel. The room was very nice and the staff were all very friendly & helpful. The food was also lovely. I would strongly recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a place that is easy to get to (it’s close to the Skye bridge) and is ideal to explore the rest of the island

This was a pleasant surprise. Felt luxurious and the toiletries and bathroom, after a long hard day of hiking and driving made me feel like I just finished a spa treatment. Lovely room size and bed was comfortable. Staff were attentive throughout and the girl who checked us in and served us at breakfast was great. Breakfast was amazing and would definitely return

The Toravaig house hotel was a delight! Excellent dinner in the restaurant and lovely atmosphere in the lounge. The staff were very helpful and considering the current climate with Covid-19 they were very prepared! Absolutely lovely getaway to see beautiful Skye!

A very clean hotel. Very disappointing service. ホテルは綺麗だがスタッフ同士の連絡が全く行われていないのが明らかな体験をしました。 早朝に出掛ける人にはお薦めできません。私達はホテルの朝食が始まる時間帯より前に出発しなければいけなかったので、前日にそれを伝えたところ、親切にもサンドイッチを早朝に作り置きしていただけると、オファーをいただきました。しかしながら翌朝チェックアウトとサンドイッチの受取りのためにフロントに伺うも、誰もおらず、窓口も閉まっており、玄関も１階のどの共用部分も真っ暗で、大変困惑しました。真っ暗なフロントのカウンターには、用事がある人はここに電話するようにと置き手紙が。電話をかけるも誰も出ず。しかしその日の正午にはエディンバラに到着していなければ行けなかったので、移動中にホテルへEメールを送信。支払って食べられなかった朝食分はもちろん返金してもらいましたが、私達はこのホテルのサービスのせいで、スカイ島の最終日を残念な気持ちで過ごしました。

Lovely location, rooms small but ok, nice toiletries but overall terribly overpriced for what you get which is a basic 4* hotel - nice but nothing special

Amazing hotel. Employees very helpful and kind. Meals great. Wonderful cooked breakfast with several choices as well as optional lunch and dinner also wonderful. Room and bathroom modern with several electrical outlets for charging. Very quiet. Water nearby with great views

Friendly, efficient staff, excellent breakfasts, enjoyable dinner, comfy bed, big fluffy towels, good location, peace and quiet. We had one of the bigger bedrooms which was still a bit small - but that was the only minor complaint.

The room was nice and clean, not too hot either so we slept well. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was worth the 8 hour drive alone!!
