We are very satisfied with our stay at Hotel 21 in Bratislava. Special thanks to Simona at the reception – an excellent professional, very helpful, kind, cheerful, and positive. She was extremely helpful and provided us with all the information and assistance we needed during check-in. "Az na personal to celkem slo"

Nepřívětivá recepční i servírka v hospodě. Na recepci jsem čekal asi 10 minut, než musela servírka za ni dojit a rict ze tam ma zakaznika. Pote celkovy jeji pristup, ton, vyraz. Myslim ze tohle by nemelo byt ani ve 3 hvezde… servirka prazdna hospoda a cekate 10 minut nez si vsimne ze mate dopito… jidlo bylo ale super
