Location was very good for what we needed the hotel for like super early morning flight. But if youre wanting to be close to city centre for the touristy stuff then go for another hotel. Our room was the air conditioned room in the ikaros building. It was very good. Room and bathroom is clean and has everything you would need. AC was really good for the summer heat. TV has all the channels. The bed was very comfy we had a great night of sleep.

Maybe if they include a hair dryer in the room.

The stuff hospitality, the location, the access to many places, the breakfast

The cooling system makes headache because of short distance and again because of small roos. The room is small.

Гостинница изменила заказ и поселили нас в ужасные номера. Заказ был на два номера с кондиционером , ванной комнатой. Мы заказали номер как рекламируют на booking. Гостиница прислала подтверждение, но дописала, что номера без кондиционеров, что мы не заметили. По приезду в гостиницу начались проблемы. Администратор не видел наш заказ а потом после нескольких звонков нас поселили в непонятное место : один вход на три отдельных номера, один номер с кухней полной муравьёв. На просьбу поменять на отдельные номера, администратор сильно извинялся и сказал, что это всё, что есть и если нам не нравиться ,то мы можем искать в 7 часов вечера другую гостиницу. На фото хорошо видно, что эти номера для обслуживающего персонала, что работники нам и подтвердили. Они сказали, что эти номера не сдаются. Мы требуем компенсацию за номера и неподобающее отношения к клиентам. Номера были заказаны по номеру на два человека, все пенсионного возраста. Прошу сравнить номера на сайте booking и те, что мы получили.
