The room was clean and the building was traditional architecture which I love.

One staff member was dismissive of me but I eventually got booked in by another staff member.

Location.

Spa baths that did not work. No plug for spa bath which had to be requested. Food ordered at hotel was average. Steak in steak sandwhich chewy and not tender.

The heritage atmosphere together with vey modern and clean facilities. The terrace outside the room facing the road.

Sticking door lock. Lifting heavy suitcases to the upper floor. Noise.
