Good: 1. Both the receptionist Mr. Gopal and care taker uncle were found good in behaviour. 2. Strategic location of the apartment is very nice. Worst: 1. Hygienic conditions inside the room and U/T are very poor. 2. Outdated furnitures, doors, cooler and without industrial plug top (power cables were inserted with the help of match stick) have been provided. 3. Washroom and U/T are not having a single hanger, drain pits are uncovered and defect bulbs were fitted. 4. Commot tanks and switches are found broken one. 5. Inside the room you will not find a single mirror to dress up yourself. 6. The room is situated in 3rd FL of the building, still lift facility is also not available. 7. You have to think twice-thrice for your baggage and valuable items when you are going outside of the room due to the manipulated door lock system.
