Cancellation policy is very bad .. I paid for 2 rooms for 5 days .. however I used only 1 room for 5 days and another only 2 days . I requested for cancellation due to change in my plan but it is not accepted by Fabhotel representative Harpreet Kaur , her response is not good. She itself cancelled my reservation from booking.com a made separate booking from Fabhotel . Due to her lack of open communication , I paid 3 days for 1 room without stay which is not fair.
