Perfect location with a host who was welcoming, warm a friendly….. nothing was too much

We had the MOST wonderful relaxing stay here, it was easy to find. So peaceful and quiet. One of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The staff were attentive and helpful. We felt so welcome and relaxed. The room was presented wonderfully and felt really special, being able to use the downstairs room with the open fire was also a treat we weren't expecting. We cant wait to come back!:)

Not just a big standard non discrip box hotel but a home with character and full of interesting artefact’s. Gorgeous roaring log fires and warm welcome and generous hospitality.

Absolutely nothing, can’t fault the beautiful period house .

Friendly lady introduced herself straight away.... Love the old traditional vibe.. such a comfy bed and relaxed atmosphere.... 100% would recommend

Excellent room, lovely and quiet location with a good decor, and breakfast was lovely

Beds are amazing!!

Beautiful hotel breakfast and staff were amazing cleanliness was very good .

Only thing that made it very disappointing was there was no shower only one on the tap but we had no curtain very disappointing . We wouldn’t have been able to get out the bath if we had had one . That’s the only thing that has put us off going back .

The room and property in general was beautifully and traditionally decorated.
