Location wise good Rohini metro station is not too far. Room was clean and breakfast provided was testy. Room service need to be more quick

WiFi slow

My last minute of flight day the hotel informed me that I have to move to another Treebo hotel ( kings plaza) . I went late night there and I found out it's totally not worth of the money. Bathroom was very dirty cigarette buts were in the floor and the room is so smelly and dirty. I asked for the refund after cutting out the money of 2 days. The receptionist and the manager made a call and agreed for the refund. They said after 4 days refund will be paid. But since then no news of the refund. I tried calling but seems I'm out of reach. Any travellers travelling to this place please do not book this hotel. I felt like totally scam. Mosquitoes are everywhere, flies everywhere. And inside reception there a smell which will follow even to your home.

It’s a basic motel and not a hotel at all

It’s a house converted into a hotel. Very basic and I would have never stayed had I known the fact

Looting money by providing charges for drinking water that too when it was told that drinking water is free of cost

Good breakfast, clean room. Room service.

The premium room in the listing is next to the reception, the hub of all noise. And the room wasn’t as per the pics. So i downgraded to a smaller room that had an almost non-existent window. Very old towels and low quality toiletries. They consider a day visitor as an additional guest. Had to argue multiple times to meet my friend.

It was OK

On arrival told “Foreigners are not allowed to stay at this hotel”. Then told I would have to pay an extra 1000 rupees so they could fill out the foreigner registration form. Made to feel most unwelcome just because the reception staff didn’t want to handle the paperwork.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!
