B Innspire Hotel

Thank you for your help and hospitality. We had great time, beautiful hotel. It exceeded my expectation, lobby is great for late night chill.

The most comfortable bed I had in Thailand :D I had a top floor room with a balcony and a view of the temple peaks, which was simply wonderful! Modern, truly european standard at a great price. The location is perfect, on the edge of the old town. You can eat a delicious breakfast in the restaurant opposite and have a coffee in the cafe next door. Go to an elephant sanctuary, where they are rescued, and you can be sure that they are treated well, go for a Thai massage, eat local dish at the night market, take a trip to explore the amazing area. Enjoy Chiang Mai to the fullest!

Location located center of city and near street food night market

Didn't have elevator.

Everything. We stayed in a regular double room facing the street. There was a small deposit for the key card. The bed was large and comfortable, the television had netflix, and the minifridge was great. There was a free hot/cold drinking water dispenser in the corridor, which was very useful. Everything was very clean, and our bed was made daily, but you can opt out of that. The staff was friendly, and their laundry service, whilst being a little more expensive than elsewhere, was very quick and reliable. It is a 15-minute walk into the centre of Old Town, and under 5 minutes to the 7/11 round the corner. There is also a Pizza Hut and KFC nearby, as well as a night market for local street food. Highly recommend. Great value.

It would be really helpful to have the option to get 2 key cards. I would happily have paid a larger key deposit to have 2 so that we could leave the hotel separately without the power shutting off. Note that after 8 pm, you need the keycard to get into and then past the lobby.

Great property in the city! Especially grateful for the kind staff helping out with any questions you might have. Book the room with the temple view - you won't regret paying few extra euros
